We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.


Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Payments must be made within the day of purchase. If for some reason you can't, please contact me first about it and I will hold it for up to 3 days. I will then relist the item. 

If you are not a verified user of paypal, it may take up to a week for your payment to go through. We will ship your items once the payment is received.


Domestic Orders:
Various carriers are utilized when shipping domestic orders. We choose which service is appropriate for each shipment. 

International Orders:
SATE can fulfill most international orders.
You are responsible for any import duties.
Various carriers are utilized when shipping international orders.

Lost/Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the Postal Service. We do file away all records of shipments should this information be needed.

If you are interested in purchasing insurance for your shipment, please specify this prior to completing your purchase. Send us an email and we will send you an estimate.

Please note that shipping costs do include packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us before issuing feedback. We are always willing to talk it out. We will not allow any returns for an item

Please make sure to review carefully all the descriptions and pictures before you commit to purchasing any item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. Please properly protect any devices used within our clutches and cases. We are not responsible for damages to any devices improperly stored within our clutches or cases. We will provide a refund for your purchase although you will assume the shipping cost of the returned item. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

We do our best to capture the color of each item. Consider that this may vary depending on the computer. As a result we are unable to accept returns for slight differences in color.

Please Note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs should the need arise.
